This Privacy Policy explains how list2 collects, uses and protects information when you visit the website, create an account, use a workspace, connect marketplace integrations, use ProductDB or pay through Stripe Checkout.
We may collect account details, contact details, workspace names, user roles, login and security information, support messages and information submitted through website or app forms.
When you use the app, we may process inventory, ProductDB, listing, order, customer, finance, photo, file, repair, testing, marketplace connection and workflow data entered or imported by your workspace users.
Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. list2 may receive billing status, customer identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice or receipt status and payment event information from Stripe. list2 does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
If you connect marketplaces or services such as eBay or Shopify, we may process tokens, account identifiers, listings, categories, policies, inventory, orders, fulfilment, fee or transaction information permitted by the scopes you approve. You can revoke marketplace access through the relevant marketplace account settings or inside list2 where supported.
ProductDB records created in a workspace start private. list2 may review, deduplicate and normalise suitable product or variant records before making them shared ProductDB data. Do not enter personal data, customer data, private pricing or confidential business notes into ProductDB fields intended for reusable product information.
We use information to provide and secure list2, create and manage accounts, verify email addresses, process billing status, operate ProductDB and MagicList, support marketplace workflows, respond to support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with trusted service providers needed to run list2, including hosting, storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics where enabled, security tooling and marketplace/API providers you choose to connect.
We use necessary cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences and core app functionality. See the Cookie Policy for more detail.
We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse and alteration. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should keep passwords safe and restrict workspace access to trusted people.
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, resolve disputes, maintain backups, prevent abuse and support account recovery. Cancelled workspace data may be retained for a reasonable period before deletion or anonymisation.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to use of your personal data. To make a request, contact support@list2.co.uk from the relevant account email where possible.
